I always come to this hotel with my family when I have family events, the staff is friendly and also very communicative, sometimes I do get confused about the policy’s, but the staff is always understandable. The rooms are clean and quiet I don’t hear loud noises when I go to bed, the beds are super comfortable. When I have family gatherings I always come to this hotel!.

We liked everything about the hotel. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Check in and check out was a breeze. The hotel was very clean and it didn't smell bad like other hotels we have stayed at. The bed was so comfy! The breakfast was also good. They had a variety of options, and it was constantly being restocked with food, beverages, etc. The hotel is very modern and very family friendly. It is also at a convenient location. There is also plenty of parking space and various exits and entrances.

it's a rather new hotel, so the facilities are updated and clean! the bathrooms are nice and the room setup is convenient with plenty of mirrors and chairs which made getting ready for a wedding in a room with 4 adults much easier than expected. breakfast was okay, but I do not think it's worth the $16 they charge you for it. for the price you're paying for the hotel room, breakfast should be included.

I liked the cleanliness, the quirky framed pictures and murals, the great mid-century design of the entrance, the decor, and the room's interior design. Friendly staff, courteous, professional always available staff. It was a very welcoming and inviting space.

The front desk lady was super nice took her time to explain all the details about the facility. they have a breakfast buffet everything was delicious and the employee was so nice and helpful. hotel was nice and clean would difently stay again thank you.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. They had different options for adults and kids. I would only suggest to have pancakes or waffles for kids but, that is just a suggestion. Breakfast was awesome.

very friendly staff easy check in and check out lots of restaurants/fast foods/supermarkets in the area perfect place to stay when arriving to lax and to spend outside LA on your way to natural parks very clean and spacious room free parking

I enjoyed the stay the room unfortunately had an odd smell in the bathroom that wasn’t pleasant like there could have been a plumbing issue. I wish the property had a jacuzzi to experience. All else there was no issues or complaints.
